Items you will need are small orange cones, string with a couple of stakes, 100 ft measuring tape, a sturdy step, medicine ball, agility ladder, spoke (see pictures and plans), small PVC hurdles, wobble board and a stop watch.  Most city parks will have a place to do the pull-ups and room to perform your workouts.
